Whatever your complaint, we're here to listen and take care of your insurance. If you think we've failed in any way, please talk to us, we're genuinely committed to improving and resolving issues.

Talking directly to your account manager is your best first step. If you don't know your account managers details give our team a call on 0800 LEASEPLAN. If you're still concerned, our helpful complaints team are available during working hours and are contactable here. If you are still not 100% satisfied, you can talk to the Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL). They are the independent dispute resolution body for our industry and are approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Click here to visit the FSCL website.
